" The flat was great! Really good price/quality ratio. The landlady was very well organized (even before our arrival!). The reception was perfect and everyting went as planned. The flat was extremely well equiped and had been recently renovated. The room had even a view to the Tour Eiffel! It was calm and only a few meters away from a supermarket and not far from a metro stop. Really advisable! ..."

" The apartment was absolutely beautiful, well equipped, clean, and well located. We received a warm greeting along with delicious cookies. Overall the stay was really wonderful.
The greatest problem was having to provide the "caution" (or security deposit) in cash. This is difficult for people traveling from abroad. In addition, we had to depart early, and it was frustrating trying to coordinate the departure and receiving the caution back. However, all went very well. The owner was wonderful and met us very early in the morning to return our security deposit.
I believe in the future, Apartem France, should hold the customer's credit card number for the security deposit, to make things easier.
Another difficulty was dealing with multiple entities and people (One person of the the agency, Apartem France, and 3 individuals who run the apartment itself. This made things a little confusing and more work on the part of the customer to organize things. All individuals we dealt with were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. ..."

" Muy amplio y bien decorado. Tiene todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera disponer de mucho espacio. El dormitorio está aparte del salón, con una cama que no es el sofá, por lo que no hay que andar haciendo y deshaciendo. Tiene TV de pantalla plana, pero no WI-FI. La zona es muy animada, con bares modernos y alternativos, pero el piso no es ruidoso porque está en un callejón sin ningún local. La propietaria es amable. Sin cargo extra, el check-in y el check-out fueron a las horas que más nos convenían. Como extras solo pagamos la luz y el agua. ..."

L'appartement de type dupleix est très clair. Les grandes fenêtres côté rue donnent sur un balcon,avec un double vitrage pour la chambre- bureau, à l'arrière,les deux fenêtres du séjour donnent sur un jardin, vous profiterez du calme et d'un bel ensoleillement toute la matinée.En trois minutes vous êtes au jardin de Belleville qui domine tout Paris. Le quartier Pyrénées-Jourdain devenu un peu bobo, fashionable, est très vivant avec ses magasins, ses cafés et ses restaurants.Grand marché place des Fêtes le jeudi et le dimanche.
