If you’d like to really enjoy the city of lights, you’ll be truly pleased with this cozy one-bedroom apartment. It’s been completely renovated while keeping its old-world charm. Designed for three, it overlooks the courtyard which keeps it very quiet even though it’s located in one of the liveliest areas of Paris.
Right next to the Etienne Marcel and Rambuteau metro stations, you’re also just a 10-minute walk from Châtelet-les Halles, the centre of the mass Paris metro system. It makes getting anywhere in Paris a snap. It’s even a direct line to the two airports.
Just down the street from the Pompidou Centre, the Hôtel de Ville, the Seine River and the Louvre, you’re right in the heart of Paris where you can truly immerse yourself in its culture. If you’re into the club scene, you’ll be delighted to be right next to the famous “Bains-Douches” or just across the street from a “The Dépot” which specializes in a gay clientele.
If you’re looking for a romantic, picturesque vacation in a lively neighbourhood where it’s impossible to get bored, this is the place for you.

- Très bien situé. - Prix correct, sauf pour les 50€ supplémentaires que j´ai mentionné. - Zone très bruyante. - le salon sert de dortoir, et l´absence de rideaux ou persiennes (juste de persiennes metaliques qui laissent passer toute la lumière) rend dificil le someil. - Le canapé lit du salon est complètement déformé; pendant 4 nuits nous avons mis le matelas parterre pour pouvoir dormir. - Pour acceder à la salle de bain et aux WC, il faut passer par la chambre; ceci peut être un inconvenient ou pas, mais il est pour moi nécéssaire de le mentionner sur la web, pour que les prochains locataires puissent faire leur choix. |
