" The apartment was absolutely beautiful, well equipped, clean, and well located. We received a warm greeting along with delicious cookies. Overall the stay was really wonderful.
The greatest problem was having to provide the "caution" (or security deposit) in cash. This is difficult for people traveling from abroad. In addition, we had to depart early, and it was frustrating trying to coordinate the departure and receiving the caution back. However, all went very well. The owner was wonderful and met us very early in the morning to return our security deposit.
I believe in the future, Apartem France, should hold the customer's credit card number for the security deposit, to make things easier.
Another difficulty was dealing with multiple entities and people (One person of the the agency, Apartem France, and 3 individuals who run the apartment itself. This made things a little confusing and more work on the part of the customer to organize things. All individuals we dealt with were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. ..."

" Muy amplio y bien decorado. Tiene todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera disponer de mucho espacio. El dormitorio está aparte del salón, con una cama que no es el sofá, por lo que no hay que andar haciendo y deshaciendo. Tiene TV de pantalla plana, pero no WI-FI. La zona es muy animada, con bares modernos y alternativos, pero el piso no es ruidoso porque está en un callejón sin ningún local. La propietaria es amable. Sin cargo extra, el check-in y el check-out fueron a las horas que más nos convenían. Como extras solo pagamos la luz y el agua. ..."

Trois pièces familial, immeuble 1900, à côté de Gare de l'Est et Gare du Nord (RER, métro, bus), proche du canal Saint-Martin, parc Villemin. Appartement très ensoleillé. Nombreuses boutiques de toutes sortes. A 10/15 mn de Montmartre, Centre Pompidou, quartier du Marais, galerie Lafayette, Opéra. A 20/25 mn du Quartier Latin, Notre-Dame, le Louvre, Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
Aéroport Roissy et Orly direct par RER B. Gare SNCF à 5 mn (gare de l'Est / gare du Nord). Possibilité parking privé à 2 mn (rue de Dunkerque). A 5 mn accès RER B, D, E, métros 4, 5, 7 et nombreux bus. Location vélo (Vélib')à 2 mn. Sation taxis à 5 mn.
Très bon restau familial peu cher à 2 mn, "Les Papilles". Bar sympa à 3 mn "Le Délyss". Marché couvert Saint-Quentin gastronomique à 5 mn. Nombreux cafés en terrasse autour de la gare de l'Est. Excellente boulangerie "Le Grenier à pain" à 5 mn. Caviste à 5 mn.
