    03/10/2009 anglais The owner was very helpfu and friendly. The couple of minor maintenance problems were fixed promptly. The flat is very spacious and very good value for the money, providing you don't mind the fact that its a little run down.
    02/12/2009 francais Ich war beruflich drei Wochen in dem Appartment von Frau Deville in der rue de Bercy 147 und war sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und wie beschrieben. Aber Achtung, das Bett ist superhart. Es gibt aber ein zweites Bett, das etwas weicher ist. Wenn man den harten Futon nicht mag, dann kann man sich die Matratze vom anderen Bett holen und es ist etwas angenehmer. Das Studio hat einen guten Internetanschluss und sogar einen Drucker, den man für gelegentliche Ausdrucke verwenden kann. Der Flatscreen ist auch super. Es ist auch sehr gut zur BNF gelegen, wenn man dort arbeiten will.
    31/08/2011 francais Bonjour, nous avons un très bon avis sur cet appartement. L'acceuil et le départ ont été très bien. L'appartement est dans un très bon état et très agréable à vivre. Vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Deux bémols : - l'appartement est au-dessus de cafés avec terrasse d'où bruits jusqu'à 2 heures du matin (aucun bruit quand les fenêtres sont fermées) - accès à internet très mauvais.
