" Muy amplio y bien decorado. Tiene todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera disponer de mucho espacio. El dormitorio está aparte del salón, con una cama que no es el sofá, por lo que no hay que andar haciendo y deshaciendo. Tiene TV de pantalla plana, pero no WI-FI. La zona es muy animada, con bares modernos y alternativos, pero el piso no es ruidoso porque está en un callejón sin ningún local. La propietaria es amable. Sin cargo extra, el check-in y el check-out fueron a las horas que más nos convenían. Como extras solo pagamos la luz y el agua. ..."

" The flat is well-located. Potential tenants should be aware of a number of oddities. Since it is on the ground floor, it is very dark. The kitchen is tiny and not really useable. The bathroom is in the main bedroom with no separate door [sic] and getting in and out of the shower is potentially hazardous. In general, the fittings of the flat are old and it is clear that the flat has been furnished with minimum financial outlay. Wireless internet was not working. The beds are rather small and anyone taller than 170cm will have trouble sleeping comfortably. Part of the flat is used to store clothing and old furniture. The flat upstairs is inhabited by noisy tenants whom you will hear every morning at 5am. The cost for one month was 3102 euros (not including cleaning or gas and electricity) which shocked my Parisian friends since this is about 3 times a normal rent, although of course you have to allow for the fact that short lets are more expensive. Finally the landlord retained all the deposit of 350 euros due to alleged damage to the parquet in the bathroom – by water! The flat is seriously overpriced for what it is. I would not recommend this flat to anyone. ..."
L'appartement de type dupleix est très clair. Les grandes fenêtres côté rue donnent sur un balcon,avec un double vitrage pour la chambre- bureau, à l'arrière,les deux fenêtres du séjour donnent sur un jardin, vous profiterez du calme et d'un bel ensoleillement toute la matinée.En trois minutes vous êtes au jardin de Belleville qui domine tout Paris. Le quartier Pyrénées-Jourdain devenu un peu bobo, fashionable, est très vivant avec ses magasins, ses cafés et ses restaurants.Grand marché place des Fêtes le jeudi et le dimanche.
