    22/07/2010 anglais Nice location, just 15 minutes on foot to Notre-Dame (Île de la Cité) and 1 minute walk to a main metro station. Were nicely welcomed by the guardian, who was a cool guy and willing to help at all times. Gas heating was not ready by the time we arrived, but the guardian managed to lend us a portable oil heating, which was really helpful. Charges were managed flawlessly. I would definitely recommend it to everybody.

    14/07/2011 francais l'apartement est spacieux et confortable. mais pas nettoyé. j'ai du laver toute la vaisselle pour la utilizer. et la possiere etait sur tous le meubles, les fenetres et les planchers. mais, a part ces problemes, on etait en centre à Paris.
    12/09/2011 anglais It's an excellent place with a very helpful and nice caretaker. It's so close to the metro and a supermarket is just at the corner. It takes only 20 mins walk to the river or u can take a metro , just a few stops. Once again the decoration in the room is so french. Yung from hong kong.

    01/11/2011 francais Dans l´appartement etait trop chaud, la regulation des chauffages dans les chambres ne fonctionnait pas bien, autrement aucun problème.
    02/01/2012 francais Láppartement c'est bien situé et spaceux, mais pas nettoyé et il a besoin de quelques reformes.
